XMenTV looks at 16 mutant characters from the X-Men world who would be perfect to show up on The Gifted. X-Men TV: 16 Uncanny Mutants We’d Like To See On The Gifted

#11. Fantomex

We can’t even begin to explain this character, but in short, he looks cool in his mask and trenchcoat, and has a tie to the Sentinels, characters we already know will be in The Gifted. He might be the closest the show could get to a costumed adventurer, but again, he looks really cool, so he’s on the list.

#12. Mimic

Again, it’s unlikely that we’ll see Cyclops, Storm, Jean Grey, The Beast, Angel and some of the other iconic mutants that are currently appearing in the movies on this TV series. But what about their powers…?

Mimic has the ability to duplicate others’ powers and in at least the past, could combine them. This could be very cool to duplicate the movie mutants’ abilities, or he could mimic the powers of the characters on The Gifted show, which in itself could get dangerous.

#13. Morph

Speaking of copying, how about the X-Men animated series’ heroic answer to Mystique? In the Exiles comic book which starred Gifted character Blink, Morph was a bit more cartoony, but in any event, a character who can change their appearance would come in handy, and, again, it would be doable on television.

It would also be great if The Gifted pushed TV fans’ nostalgia buttons by bringing in a mutant that we all remember from the classic cartoon show.
